Lord I’m Yours
Lord I’m Yours
Rapsodie Adams
When we first came to the Lord, we had no idea, the transformation that would take place. We did not know about the Holy Spirit’s power to regenerate us through the Word. We know the Lord tells us in His Word, that He is the potter and we are the clay. So we yield to His Spirit and say “Lord have your way,” but do we really mean it? Do we let the Holy Spirit teach us God’s ways? When we are sent by the Holy Spirit, into the world, to witness for Christ, do they hear and see the love of Christ, in us and on us? The kind of love that Jesus displayed when He took our sins, on the cross.
We must always remember, when being a witness for the Lord, what Eph. 4:29 says “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying that it may minister Grace unto the hearers.” Jesus extended grace toward us, while we were yet sinners; I believe if we are truly following Jesus’ example, we will extend God’s grace to those whom God has sent us to.
A Prayer
Dear Father, as I move through the multitudes of lost, those who are still in the valley of decision. Let it be with love. I pray that I do not see any sin that they might have. I believe the only thing I should see is if they have accepted you as Lord and Savior. Undoubtedly, the great love you had for me, while I was yet a sinner, is the same great love you have for the lost of yesterday, today, and tomorrow; for you Lord never change.
Be blessed in Jesus’ name.
